Bock (Lager) March-April
A traditional bock beer, using 100% Munich malt and balanced with German Hallertau hops. This big, malty, sweet brew is ideal for the transition from winter to spring.
Goes great with: Sauce based meat dishes - chicken paprikash, goulash or pork rouladen, for example. Sausages and, of course, pretzels and mustard.
