Since 1987, Lakefront Brewery has been a leader in brewing the best beers in Wisconsin. (Actually, we’re now winning awards all over the world!) In addition to our award-winning beer, year after year we are winning awards for our fish fries, cheese curds, and brewery tours. Come be a part of the team behind it all!

You may notice we mostly hire for entry-level jobs. That’s because when other positions open, the company prefers to promote from within. All positions are part-time to start unless a specific posting indicates full time. Availability is critical. You must have open availability for all positions for most days of the week, especially Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays!

Positions Available at the Brewery

PRODUCTION

PACKAGING LINE OPERATOR (Full-Time)
Pay: Based on Experience
Availability: Monday – Thursday (10-Hour Days)
As a Packaging Operator, this team member will be trained to perform all functions for operating and maintaining the canning line in a safe and effective manner while packaging canned products. This position will work in support of the Lead Operator and management in the coordination of the daily activities of the packaging line, ensuring all scheduled line production is completed in full, on time, and with no quality defects.

FRONT OF HOUSE

FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF (Part-Time)
Pay: $11/hr + tips
Availability: Weekend Availability Required
Works all aspects of the Front of House operation including Bussing, Hosting, Cashiering, Bartending, Food Running, and Gift Shop. A strong work ethic, proficient customer service, and a team-oriented approach is best fit for Lakefront’s fast-paced environment.

TOUR GUIDE (Part-Time)
Pay: $13/hr + tips
Availability: Weekend Availability Required
Looking for hardworking individuals with a knack for entertaining Lakefront Brewery tour guests. Performance experience is recommended. Outside of tours, guides work all aspects of the Front of House operation including Bussing, Hosting, Cashiering, Bartending, Food Running, and Gift Shop. A strong work ethic, proficient customer service, and a team-oriented approach is best fit for Lakefront’s fast-paced environment.

Pay: $13-$20/hr + tips
Availability: Friday Night Required
Ample serving experience recommended. Table service only occurs Friday nights, during corporate events, and some Sunday nights. When not scheduled to serve, will work all aspects of the Front of House operation including Bussing, Hosting, Cashiering, Bartending, Food Running, and Gift Shop. A strong work ethic, proficient customer service, and a team-oriented approach is best fit for Lakefront’s fast-paced environment.
