Since 1987, Lakefront Brewery has been a leader in brewing the best beers in Wisconsin. (Actually, we’re now winning awards all over the world!) In addition to our award-winning beer, year after year we are winning awards for our fish fries, cheese curds, and brewery tours. Come be a part of the team behind it all!

You may notice we mostly hire for entry-level jobs. That’s because when other positions open, the company prefers to promote from within. All positions are part-time to start unless a specific posting indicates full time. Availability is critical. You must have open availability for all positions for most days of the week, especially Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays!

FRONT OF HOUSE

Pay: $11/hr + Tips (Starting Pay, Growth Available)
Availability: Weekend Heavy, Seasonal
Description: Our Restaurant Service Team is trained in all front-of-house roles to provide the most flexibility and variety possible. You will be trained in Hosting, Cashiering, Bussing, Gift Shop, and Bartending. Training for Tour Guide and Serving is available based on business needs and individual success. We are looking especially for individuals who want to guide tours or serve our fish fry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
– Greet guests as they come to the service counter, and ensure each guest is served efficiently.
– Take food orders from guests while maintaining a courteous demeanor at all times.
– Communicate any special needs of the guest to the kitchen staff.
– Run food to tables.
– Pre-bus and bus tables during service time.
– Daily setup, side work, and closing duties.
– Ability to lift up to 45 pounds unassisted on occasion.
– Maintain Beer Hall atmosphere by ensuring each guest has a clean and orderly environment to enjoy themselves.WHAT YOU KNOW & CAN DO:
– Ability to understand, read, speak, and write English to fully comprehend guest requests.
– Ability to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items.
– Ability to move through a crowded room to deliver food to guests.
– Ability to relay important guest requests to the kitchen

KITCHEN

LINE COOK
Pay: $11/hr + Tips
Availability: Weekend Heavy, Seasonal
Description: Line cooks are the people responsible for making sure that food is efficiently prepared to the exact specifications of the chef, establishment, and customer. This includes meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other food products.

DISHWASHER
Pay: $10/hr + Tips
Availability: Weekend Heavy, Seasonal
Description: This job is pretty much like it sounds. Run the commercial dishwasher move trays of dirty and clean dishes and pots & pans. If you are a hard worker, can regularly lift 30 pounds and will be here on time, each shift, ready to hustle and have fun – you may be our man or woman!

– Able to work in a fast pace and hot environment
– You are able to prepare food according to WI Serv-Safe guidelines
– You have knowledge of cooking procedures, kitchen equipment and safety rules for kitchen equipment
