About the Brewer:
Sara, Friday Night Lead Bartender here at Lakefront, brewed this Blueberry Peach Lager. Sunny and welcoming, Sara guides thirsty patrons to their drink of choice, beer or otherwise. She’ll also pitch in anywhere else she’s needed: pouring at the outdoor bar, moving merch in the gift shop, or even bussing tables.
When Sara’s not a dozen drink orders deep with the fish frying and polka band oompahing, she’s a half-dozen rows from the glass, watching Milwaukee’s professional hockey team. White-knuckled, on the edge of her stadium seat, she’s right at home howling at the Ads to capitalize on the power play.

About the Beer:
While perusing a vintage home economics magazine, Sara found a side-by-side spread for two different fruit pie recipes. The feature got her gears turning, mentally filing the idea away for several years. When her My Turn chance finally arrived, she had a beer style locked and loaded: a Blueberry Peach Lager.
Beginning the recipe process with a crisp and lightweight blonde lager, Sara thought to combine the spring flavors of blueberry and peach. Expect this one to pour up a violet-hued amber with a subtle haze and deliver flavors of jammy blueberries and peach nectar on a crackery pale malt base.
