About the Brew
First conceived in Germany in the 1920’s as a special cocktail for cyclists, the original radler consisted of one part limonade soda and one part lager. It’s since expanded to include any combination of citrus soda and beer. Always wanting to experiment a little, we paired our house-made grapefruit soda with the mild fruity notes and crisp flavor of New Grist.
