Date Night in the Chalet
We are now taking reservations for a Date Night in Bernie’s Chalet.
Enjoy a romantic meal for 2 in Bernie Brewer’s original chalet overlooking our fermentation cellar. Reservations are 90 minutes long, and beer and food can be ordered from your server. A perfect way to celebrate any special occasion with a loved one in the privacy of your own space.
Online reservations are available every day of the week. Reservations during the week will likely occur while we’re in production and therefore, we cannot promise a quiet experience.
Price: $20
> We’ve outfitted Bernie’s chalet with a heater and AC unit for a temperature controlled experience.
> Reservations will be kept to a strict 90 minutes so we can properly clean the chalet for the next couple.

Monday – Thursday | 330PM – 530PM – 730PM
Friday | 12PM – 2PM – 4PM – 6PM – 8PM
Saturday | 11AM – 1PM – 3PM – 5PM – 7PM
Sunday | 11AM – 1PM – 3PM
*Must be 21 or older unless accompanied by legal parent or guardian.
*Extra reservations will be available during extended business hours.
*If looking to book a Date Night within 4 hours of a reservation time, please call to check availability.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 1 week ahead of your scheduled reservation, you may exchange or take a full refund. If you wish to cancel or reschedule within 1 week of your reservation, you may either exchange or get half of your reservation fee refunded.
