PARKS FUNDING BY THE NUMBERS

You read that right, Wisconsin is ranked 50th in State Park funding. Wisconsin will spend 39¢ on their parks per visitor, compared to a $3 average across the country. The decline in state support for public lands is at odds with the value Wisconsin residents place on outdoor recreation. Our State Parks are a part of our identity. Friends of Wisconsin State Parks need our help now more than ever.
