Tony, Tour Lead here at Lakefront, brewed this German-Style Pilsner. Tony heads up The Best Brewery Tour in America, making sure our tour guides keep their facts straight and their jokes funny. If that wasn’t enough pressure, he also keeps the Beer Hall tap lineup interesting with rare one-offs and tasty test batches.
Tony loves golf. When he’s not leading a group on a private brewery tour, or covering a shift behind the bar, look for Tony covered in sunblock, leading his clubs down the fairway. Never shirking a challenge, Tony lives for a well-placed chip shot outta the rough to save par.

About the Beer:
As Tour Lead, maintaining the “America’s Best Brewery Tour” title isn’t easy, so Tony brewed this easy-to-love German-Style Pilsner. An avid golfer, Tony’ll have enough challenges on the links, preferring to enjoy the straightforward Pilsner flavor as he figures out his tee shot on a dogleg right.
Much like its Czech cousin, the German Pilsner is easy to drink and difficult to make, with ingredients staying in tight balance. Expect this golden lager to deliver gentle, honeyed Pilsner malt flavor first, followed closely by citrus and herbal hop notes, wrapped up in a crisp, classic lager finish.
