All the makings of a margarita, minus the tequila. Bright lime tartness, agave, and an orange twist, plus the right amount of sea saltiness, brought together in this super refreshing ale.

About the Brew
The whole thing started with one of our brewers pinching off a cask’s worth of still-bubbling, New Grist from one of the fermenters. After adding some lime juice, orange juice, agave nectar and a pinch of sea salt, he stashed the cask away to let the new ingredients meld and mellow. The result: a pleasantly-tart, gluten-free brew with a punch of lime, a bit of orange and agave sweetness and a breezy hint of sea salt. So refreshing, we just had to brew enough to share.
