My Turn: Brad Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy

The second of the My Turn Series, Brad’s beer is a Scottish ale. This one pours a nice coppery brown with a rocky, tan head. Brad has a strong aroma of pale malts, some kettle caramelization, and a hint of smokiness. A UK Fuggle hop addition balances the medium-dry, malt-forward flavor from the pale and aromatic malts. In short, this thing oughta tighten the belt on your kilt.
