Diced Yellowfin Tuna atop smashed avocado, garnished with crispy shallots and Tobiko Caviar

Beet & Goat Cheese Salad
Red and white wine-braised beets, crumbled chevre, and a mixed greens medley, all dressed in a red wine vinaigrette

Mussels
Prepared with shallots and garlic, then steamed in Lakefront Dive Beer, served with smoked mozzarella and spinach tortellini, finished with pesto
Paired with: Bräu Buddies

Braised Short Ribs
Slow-braised short rib in Lakefront’s Riverwest Stein demi-glace, accompanied by truffle potato mash and roasted tri-color baby carrots
Paired with: My Turn: Nolan Export Stout

Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
Drizzled with chocolate and served with fresh strawberries
Paired with: Barrel-Aged Honey Bock
