Join us for an exclusive 5-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Dustin Howard perfectly paired with 5 incredible brews from Lakefront Brewery. While dining, Jim Klisch, Co-Founder of Lakefront Brewery will share the secrets behind each beer, from brewing techniques to flavor notes you never knew existed. We’re talking flavor combinations that’ll make you question everything you thought you knew about food and beer!

ABOUT CHEF DUSTIN HOWARD
Chef Dustin trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and has opened five restaurants across five different states, including a boutique hotel restaurant in Nashville. Before joining Saz’s Hospitality Group in 2022, he worked as a corporate chef for another Milwaukee restaurant group and consulted with over 800 restaurants throughout Wisconsin and Michigan. He now serves as Corporate Executive Chef, overseeing all culinary operations for Saz’s Hospitality Group.
ABOUT JIM KLISCH
Jim Klisch is the Co-Founder of Milwaukee’s Lakefront Brewery. He and his brother Russ scaled up their early-80s homebrew system to a production brewery built with scrap materials back in 1987. Jim concocted the original recipes and batches of popular brands, including Riverwest Stein and Lakefront Pumpkin Lager.
THE VENUE
South Second is a modern industrial event venue located minutes from downtown Milwaukee. The newly renovated space features a patio with an outdoor bar and balcony overlooking the main dining area. Inside, Edison-style lighting fixtures, exposed brick, and industrial trusses pay homage to the neighborhood’s historic character.

Course 2: Delicata & Ricotta Salad paired with Pumpkin Lager
Course 3: Autumn Margarita Scallop Crudo paired with New Grist Gosa Rita
Course 4: Zabuton “Denver” Steak paired with Eastside Dark
Course 5: Candied Yam Bread Pudding paired with Brandy Barrel Aged Pumpkin Imperial Ale
