Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe Kringle & Beer Pairing

We’re teaming up with another longtime Wisconsin institution, Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe! A fourth generation family of bakers, best known for their famous Kringle, are driving south to Lakefront Brewery for the ultimate beer and kringle pairing event. Join us on Thursday, March 26th starting at 3pm, with pairing flights available while supplies last.

Executive Chef, Kristin Hueneke, and her team had a great time trying all the different kringle flavors alongside some of our best brews. After extra helpings of consideration, this is where the team landed:

Sea Salt Caramel Pecan PAIRED W/ Riverwest Stein Amber Lager
Raspberry PAIRED W/ Tropical Rabbit IPA
Caramel Apple PAIRED W/ Dive Beer Milwaukee Lager
Cherry PAIRED W/ Eastside Dark Lager
Almond PAIRED W/ Bumble Bear Honey Brown Ale

Tickets are available now to secure your flight of FIVE different Uncle Mike’s single serving Kringle slices paired with FIVE 5oz pours of our delicious Lakefront Brewery beers. Pairings can be pre-purchased for $15 plus tax and fees. Pairings will cost $18 plus tax if ordering in person day of. Pre-purchased pairings can be redeemed at any time during business hours on March 26th.

Presales will close on Wednesday, March 25th at 9am at which point all remaining pairing flights can be ordered in person on the day of the event. The pairing flight will contain nuts and cannot be modified. Must be 21+ to purchase and/or attend (unless accompanied by a parent).

Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe is excited to be on-site during the event to answer questions, sample out some of their other Kringle flavors, or sell you full Kringle to take home!
