My Turn: Doyle Irish Red Ale

This amber-hued Irish Red Ale sports a medium-light body, subtle malt and toffee notes, and a balanced roasted malt dryness. So good, Doyle stakes the family name on it.

About the Brew
Thinking about his My Turn, Doyle recalled the beers he and his family drink when they get together. Coming from a family proud of its Irish heritage, he wanted to brew something for them, and went with an Irish Red Ale. After all, he’s putting the family name on the label.
Subtle and easy-drinking are hallmarks of the Irish Red Ale. Expect this one to be slightly malty, with a slight toffee-like flavor from the caramel malt and a hint of grainy, roasted barley. We’re honored to share this one with the Doyle family. Sláinte
