About the Brew
- About the Brewer
Samm, Front of House Manager here at Lakefront, brewed this beer. With his winning smile and attitude to match, Samm makes sure the day-to-day dining and drinking experience in the Beer Hall runs smoothly. This’ll include keeping employee morale up, covering serving shifts and even cleaning the draft lines.
After a tough day averting all possible service hiccups, Samm breaks out his guitar and gets picking. Playing in two different bands, one country-rock, the other a skramz trio (shout out Ladybird and Snag) he’s gotta stay twice as sharp. He also keeps his BFA skills sharp, drawing poster art for local bands.
- About the Beer
Why a Peach Lime Ale? Samm says, “only the true are brave enough to drink a sour, tart, fruity beer” A courageous combo, he brought two seemingly opposite flavors of peach and lime together in a single glass. Kinda like playing in both an alt-country act and in a screamo band, right Samm?
Malted white wheat and pale malt form the fresh-bread base and soft, medium-light body. Juicy, mouthwatering peach shows up first, followed by tart and tangy lime to keep things from getting too sweet, with a hint of sea salt to elevate every sip.
