Brewers Reserve #15 Rye Bock Aged in Wollersheim Two Mile High Rye Barrels

Our last Brewers’ Reserve sold out quickly, so we’re keeping the turnaround short with the next one. These small batch, Beer Hall exclusive, barrel-aged offerings allow our brewers to produce a rare liquid for your enjoyment. The Brewers’ Reserve #15 is a Rye Bock Aged in Wollersheim Two Mile High Rye Bourbon Barrels. At 10.8%, this big, flavorful German-style lager introduces the perfect rye addition to this malt and Bourbon forward treat.

Our Rye Bock is packed full of delicious Munich malts which help maintain the proper sweetness of this smooth yet chewy brew. A fruity and juicy nose gives way to almond, marzipan, amaretto, and vanilla flavors. The aging in Wollersheim High Rye barrels was timed perfectly to bring on that soft tangy zing from the rye, rounding out the liquid for a true taste bud adventure.

Cans will become available in our online ordering menu HERE starting at 9am on Friday, October 2nd if you wish to preorder for guaranteed purchase. The beer will also be available for carryout at our main bar when we open our doors at 11am, while supplies last. Single 12oz cans-to-go will run you $4 plus tax. A 6-pack will cost $20 plus tax.
