Homegrown right here in Milwaukee, baby! Starting as a glorified homebrew operation in December of 1987 within the walls of a former bakery, Lakefront Brewery grew into one of Milwaukee’s largest, and most beloved, craft breweries.
CERTIFIED B-CORP
Lakefront Brewery announced it achieved Certified B Corporation status on Earth Day, 2020; the very first brewery in Wisconsin and just the 22nd brewery in the world to receive certification. Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
