Grisette Farmhouse-Style Ale
Brewed for the 2022 Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day. A historic farmhouse-style ale originating in Belgium. Similar to a saison, but lower in ABV with pear- and lemon-like esters. Ours is brewed with earl grey tea and citrus peel.
